Return/Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal, so please inspect your order upon delivery.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact the Phippen Museum at (928)778-1385 or shopphippen@phippenartmuseuml.org within 30 days of original sales receipt date for an exchange or refund.
To return or exchange an item, follow the steps below:
1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original package, if possible.
2. Enclose a Merchandise Return Form with the item(s)
3. Address package to:

Prescott, AZ 86303
4. All products must be returned in original condition, in the same packaging (whenever possible), and with all tags, paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid, insurance is recommended, and C.O.D's will be refused. Keep all tracking information for personal reference.
6. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 30-days from receiving your returned product.
You may also visit our Museum Store located at 4701 N. Highway 89, Prescott, AZ to handle your returns or exchanges directly. Paid admission to the museum is not required to enter the store.
