Our shipping and handling charges cover actual shipping costs, as well as order processing, packing materials, and related overhead costs associated with these services. Some items incur extra shipping costs because the dimension or weight exceeds the limit of standard shipping rates, requiring a surcharge. These charges make it possible for the Museum Store to provide our customers with the convenience of ordering from our website, and receiving home-delivery of products that would otherwise only be available to visitors of the Phippen Museum.
. Orders shipping to more than one address will incur a separate shipping and handling charge for each destination.
. Shipments outside of the contiguous U.S., Hawaii and Alaska, and over-sized items will also require additional charges. See additional shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii.
