Jackrabbit in Fantastic Hat by Carolyn Schmitz

First to hop in from the desert scrub was a jackrabbit, festooned with rays agave leaves to complement this ears, a cluster of prickly pear cactus, and a dramatic Devil's Claw spiral. Excerpt from the book "The Wild Hat"
